As you might imagine, visitors create a lot of excitement. We maintain our strict policy on drop off and pick up times in order to keep our campers stress-free and happy.
Boarding campers: Please allow approximately 10 minutes for check in/out.
Please check out our Holiday Schedule for special times and those dates requiring a deposit. We board 365 days a year, closed days pertains only to the office hours.
Please plan on arriving with enough time to be out of the gate in time for us to close.
We also have an early drop-off or late pickup that you are able to schedule through ProPet.
We do not offer Mid-Day, Saturday afternoon or Sunday Morning Open Hours, please plan ahead.

Boarding dogs follow the same schedule as daycare dogs and get lots of outside time to run and play.
